QMS check-up
The Quality Management System check-up service is very useful in case of QMS already implemented (completely or in part) for a general analysis of the system status, or as a preparation / budget for a certification. With the check-up we can also support you in analyzing the system to identify which elements still need to be implemented. With a duration of at least 4 hours, the check-up allows you to check the update or the status of the system, ascertain compliance with the required regulations and detect any critical points or even simply take stock of the situation at the time of version change of the norm. Generally, it is done through the examination of the system documentation, the registrations and the latest company balance sheet. The exact duration of the check-up is agreed according to the size of the company and the state of implementation of the system.
Internal audits
Internal audit is an important tool for continuous improvement. The good conduct of audits ensures at the same time the verification of compliance with the procedures and their suitability in front of an organization in necessary constant change. Highlighting critical areas and developing improvement measures not only allows to prevent complaints but also allows the organization to be more effective and efficient.
The planning and implementation of internal audits can be a regulatory requirement, as it is in most standards, or simply be the result of the company's will to guarantee the quality of its services or products. Internal auditor training according to ISO 9011: 2015 is required to effectively carry out the internal audit activity.
We therefore propose to organizations, which do not have the internal resources to carry out this central quality management activity, to plan and carry out internal audits. An external look can be a real added value in carrying out internal audits.
Furthermore, the internal audit activity can be carried out before an external audit in order to verify the compliance and completeness of the regulatory requirements.
